Andrea, born in Milan, discovered his passion for travel and entrepreneurship during a gap year in Costa Rica, where he lived for 13 years. There, he entered the tourism and real estate sectors, advising clients on property purchases. After discovering Punta del Este, he decided to relocate with his family in 2010, where he continued his career in luxury real estate and property development.

Federico, born in Buenos Aires, grew up between country life and construction. In 2005, he moved to Uruguay to work on El Quijote and other real estate projects. He founded a service company to meet the needs of property owners and collaborated with Las Piedras Fasano for 10 years. Since 2017, he has worked independently, developing innovative real estate projects and advising in the luxury segment.
